We are excited to announce the release of the Enterprise chat client for Windows.
After installing your staff members can connect to your PerlDesk installation and carry out chat sessions right from their desktop! The software runs silently in the taskbar until maximized or a chat request is received.
In addition to the chat handling, the client boasts ticket notifications and quick access to tickets in your PerlDesk Installation. This application is for Enterprise Licenses Only.
